Electronics Technician

Reporting to the Workshop Manager responsible for:-

General:

  • To fully comply at all times with the Company’s Quality and Health & Safety at Work policies
  • General housekeeping of the Workshop including dedicated Calibration Laboratory

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Workshop Specific Duties Include:



  • The maintenance, servicing and calibration of NDT instrumentation in accordance with manufacturers guidelines or the appropriate recognized standard

  • The maintenance, servicing and testing of survey equipment, for applicable products

  • Updating and maintaining goods-in and dispatch records

  • Completing all outgoing quality assurance checks prior to dispatch

  • Creation of delivery notes

  • Offering first line Technical Support to clients

  • Operation of warehouse forklift apparatus

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

Requires



  • Minimum requirement of ONC in electronics or similar recognized qualification

  • Air Freight Safety registration – Level D - advantageous

  • CRB Validation required (revalidation every 5 years) - advantageous
