Payroll Administrator

Our client is looking for a Payroll Administrator for a contract position, located in Westhill.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Production of onshore payrolls with related administration and correspondence
  • Monthly reconciliation of accounts
  • Assist with the development of the Payroll Software - Teamspirit
  • HMRC RTI Submissions

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

Essential:

  • Previous Payroll processing experience
  • Good Accounting knowledge
  • End to end Payroll Processing, including RTI and P11d’s
  • Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work to tight reporting deadlines
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Confidentiality

Preferred:

  • Teamspirit Software experience, Modified PAYE schemes
