Receptionist

Our client, a busy accountancy practice in Aberdeen, require a Receptionist for a 3 month temporary contract, starting ASAP. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Meet and greet clients in a professional manner, delivering a 5 star client experience

  • Monitor housekeeping standards and ensure that all client areas are kept tidy and presentable

  • General Administrative tasks as directed

  • Answer all calls, both internal and external, and direct them to the appropriate person

  • Adhere to all firm wide policies and procedures

  • Be conversant with the firms Health & Safety, Evacuation and Business Continuity Plan policies

  • Undertake other duties as required by line manager

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

Experience



  • Previous reception experience in a corporate environment is essential

  • Effective communicator at all levels

  • Ability to handle conflicting demands and/or challenging pressures for resources

  • Capable of working autonomously but also operating within a team environment

  • Proven organisational skills

  • Computer literate

  • Ability to identify any Health & Safety risks
